How to request DVD installer?

How do I request for 2016a DVD installer after I had installed 2015b version? I managed to request for 2015b before I activate my 2015b license. Now I want to try using 2016a, but before de-activating 2015b and activating it to 2016a, I need to have the installation dvd with me so I can fast transit the installation fast as my Work PC has not internet connection at all. Please kindly advise me.
