How to use PCA to perform a mesh optimization?

I have data of several 3d vertebra structures, I calculate parameters as: Thickness, Connectivity and Space distance using Bonej on several regions of interest (ROI). I Calculate PCA model of those parameters and ROI.
If I select randomly one of those ROI, how I can use my PCA model to perform a mesh optimization or simplification of the ROI selected?
