create and run a s-function via a .dll file

Hi to all.

I have a s-function that refer to a .dll(32 bit) file and have created by old versions of MATLAB (MATLAB 2005) and i can run it on MATLAB R2015b(32 bit). Now, i like to know about creating a .dll file ( not .mex32/64 file) from a".m" file or ".c(.cpp)" file via MATLAB 2015b and run it with S-function. Could you please guide me.
