matlab 2016a instaaled and activated but not opening??

hellow everyone.i have installed matlab 2016a,it was installed smoothly and activated too,but it is not starting and showing this window in startup.

thankx man for reply .but when i m trying to install in safemode it give an error "exception calling main".how can i fix that ?
