Hi everybody, I hope you're doing great. I'm new using Matlab and trying to get a transparent background figure, to import later using Latex. So, I want to save or export a simple function (for example y=x^2), but with the main background transparent and other figure with only the side of the axis transparent too. How could I do it? That is what I wrote:
x=-2:2;
y=x.^2;
figure;
plot(x,y);
Besides wanting to have a transparent figure, how can I set a good quality of the figure? I do it clicking the figure and then File, Export Setup, clicking the custom renderer (painters, vector format) and then the resolution (dpi) in 600, but I don't know if I can lose the transparent property to finally export the file. Thanks in advance
