To draw the roc curve using FPR and TPR

The false positive rate and true positive rate are in the range between 0 and 1 .But when i use plotroc() i am getting a graph in straight line manner.
Can anyone help me to draw the roc curve

plot(fpr, tpr)
It's possible to get a straight line, e.g., if the operator has zero discrimination.
