How to frequency modulate the binary Input signal, in Simulink

Aim: To vary the output of the modulator based on '0' input or '1' input. By assigning one kind of frequency to '0' and one more to '1'.

Work: I tried with the Bernouli's binary generator, which produces complex output and I require real output.

So, how can I input random 0's and 1's i,e binary signal as input to modulator and get a frequency modulation based on the bit '0' or '1' ?

Please let me know, if you have a idea.
