How to detect disturbance ?

Hi

I'm trying to detect disturbance in transmission line using positive negative and zero sequence from current waveform all the propose of doing this is detecting fault do you suggest any way for detecting fault or disturbance ?? how do i do that ??

p.s : sharing any files would be highly appreciated in advanced
