about internal cursorbar for 2 cursor

Hi, I want to use 2 internal cursor bar, I create them with:

 hcursorbar=graphics.cursorbar(h);
 hcursorbar2=graphics.cursorbar(h);

(h is my signal)

1. How can I change default position of them? (for seperating each other)
2. How can I get their current value? I mean, the value after changing value with mouse.
