MATLAB 2016b Vex Arm Cortex Microcontroller Error installing: There was a error downloading third party software. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

We have tried both download and installation methods for the Vex support package, but we get this error every time. The error says "There was a problem downloading the third-party software. To resolve this issue, contact Technical Support." Technical Support is a link to a MathWorks page that does not exist. We have never experienced this problem in past years of our BEST Robotics competition, and it is imperative that we are able to install the support package. If anyone could help us we would greatly appreciate it.

If it helps, we are using a desktop computer that has Windows 10 on it.

Winter,
There was a known issue with the VEX support package during your date of installation. it has been fixed. Please try installing it again. If you still have trouble, could you please send us an email at bestrobotics@mathworks.com?
