You can adapt the arrow file-exchange function to your needs.

Why not use quiver since it's probably the simplest solution. Homework?

Thanks for the reply bro.... Actually an assignment has been given by professor and he want us to plot the vector field by manually means not by using quiver. So if you can help me then please let me know so that I can post it here. Again thanks.

You need to download it from the link provided in my answer. Then place it somewhere in the Matlab path or the current directory before being able to call it.
