Getting temperature values from Flir one video camera

Hello,

I am using flir one android camera for recording video. I want to do offline processing in MATLAB. Does anyone know how can i read temperature value corresponding to certain pixel? As in the video i only have RGB information at the moment.

Thanks. It is for temperature -> RGB conversion while I am looking for the opposite.
