How to log signals at constant 10 hertz?

How do I correctly log a signal to workspace at a constant 10 hertz?? When I log signals I get this weird time shift where at first the sampling rate is like .0001 and then as it approaches the end it keep getting higher and higher, .0005, .0006, then near the end its going at like .2 .. I don't get it. Where do I specify my constant sampling rate of 10 hertz??
