how to call specific m file from simulink?

helloo.. i have two m file that want to run....for certain condition just one of the m file was need to run and vices versa... for example i f i push a button one mfile was and if not another m file was run..

You can use the button with an IF block, or with a switch, or with a triggering subsystem, or you could use it with a MATLAB Function Block that examined the value to determine what to call.
