Adding video player to the app builder ?

I'm attempting to build an app in release 2016b to quickly visualize my data. I have several files filled with motion data (acceleration values from different sensors) and a .mp4 video to go along with them.

I would like to view all these simultaneously in the same screen and link the figure view to the video somehow so that the data scrolls past as the video plays.

Is this possible ? Are there any good tutorials for the App builder ?
