Does 'regstats' use GRADIENT DESCENT to compute the beta coefficients?

I'd like to know how does the regstats function find out the beta coefficients in a Linear Regression with multiple variables. The docs page doesn't give us a single clue of how those coefficients are calculated. I suppose using Gradient Descent?
