the function "ocr" do not work in MatLab 2013, what can I do?

I need to use built-in function to recognize text from image but the command "ocr" do not work, it is undefined.

If you are required to use the built-in functions, rather than some of the File Exchange contributions or things people have posted on the Internet, then you need to upgrade to at least R2014a with the Computer Vision toolbox.
