estimating motion field from a squence of images

hi i am working on 2 modality of medical images: echocardiography( which consist of around 30 frames and is static) and ct scan( which consist of around 9 frames for each slice) . what i am looking for, is estimating the motion field of echocardiography and impose it to ct scan images to make the static ct scan dynamic. could any one help me please?
