pc as signal generator

My problem is I haven’t any EEG sets (like Muse or Mindwave) so I suppose to use EEG dataset (amplitude vs. Time). Depending on my understanding I will need tools for Generate, amplify the EEG signal (from EEG dataset) and connect the generated signal to a micro-controller PCB. so my questions are Do I can use MATLAB or Simulink to (online):- 1- Generate and amplify this signal 2- Connect the generated signal to a micro-controller PCB board through PC’s Bluetooth or usb or serial port. do i need another tools?
