Algorithm "IMAGE EXTRACTION IN PIXEL DOMAIN"

can someone get me the algorithm for image extraction in pixel domain,,,??

What do you mean by "pixel domain" for this purpose?

means as of now am working on image extraction in DCt domain which does process on block of a image,,, but pixel domain means working on each pixel, or just tell me the algorithm to "EXTRACT AN IMAGE"
