Interfacing NUC140 Learning board to simulink

is there any idears to use NUC140 Learning board to simulink via USB or UART? Is there any hardware support packages for NUC140 Learning board? if i want to interface NUC140 Learning board to simulink,what packages or models should i have to download? or it just can be interfaced via matlab program?

In the video it appears to me that they have written C or C++ code already and use MATLAB to send data to the board. They are not using MATLAB or Simulink to generate code for the board. Simulink does not support the device as a "target", but Simulink is happy to send data over a serial port.

i programed c code via coocox platform to get imu data and use uart to print data. however i want to do this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=04QI08JNSnw and i want to use simulink to plot the curves, but i didn't find any support packages for the hardware which i using. is it just for specific hardware (arduino,stm,raspberry pi)? can i use uart or usb to implement it? or it can't be implemented unless i buy the communication interface. is that right?

Hardware support is for specific hardware or specific classes of hardware.

You should be able to use serial to communicate with it.

I am checking to see if the necessary blocks are in basic Simulink; it is possible that you would need to have Instrument Control Toolbox, or else that you would need to use MATLAB Function block.

The Serial Receive block is not present in basic Simulink.

You might be able to use Function Call Generator to call a MATLAB Function block that uses fgets() to get values from the serial port. You would have to watch out for buffering (values might sometimes come in faster than the block is called) and you would have to watch out for underruns (the block might be called when no data is available.)

That is part of the instrument control toolbox. If you have that toolbox then you should use that block

uint8_t q[0]; q[0]=1; DrvUART_Write (UART_PORT0 ,q[0],1); i programed this code to send uint8 data to simulink and diplay it,but the value was not i sent to in display block. i don't know what to do.what parameter should i have to set?
