I've got an error: Undefined function or variable 'chkprops'

I'v installed Matlab + database toolbox:

MATLAB                                                Version 9.1         (R2016b)
Database Toolbox                                      Version 7.0         (R2016b)

But that doesn't help, chkprops is still unknown. >> which -all chkprops 'chkprops' not found.
