Can WE PLOT A TRANSPARENT LINE OVER A SPECTROGRAM IN MATLAB????

Actually i have to plot the true frequencies of a chirp signal over the chirp signals but when i plot the true frequencies over the maxima of a chirp signal I cant see the maximum points and when i point using markers it is even worse please tell me any ideas how to do it or is it possible to plot a transparent line in matlab??

try using cyan colour and blue colour or any light and dark colour combination

how can i combine 2 colors???
cyan is a bit better

by color combination i meant cyan for one spectrum and blue for the other,

Consider using "PATCHLINE" from the File Exchange.
