Why the scope output only one?

Hi, you guys.

I wonder about the scope block in Simulink. In the configuration properties at the logging part, I choose 'Log data to workspace' and save the format as 'structure with time'. In my theory, I expect that all of the value will come out. But only the last data it shows in workspace.

Can anybody tell me, why only one output?
