i,m trying to calculate the contrast ratio as a parameter for quality check for an image,can some tell me how to calculate the contrast ratio?

How are you measuring it? Why not search the File Exchange for contrast: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=contrast

I have a image that contains a tumor and I want to calculate the contrast ratio for this tumor. Is this method correct? Thank you
