I ran a model in simulink and I received error message that Tx and Rx length must be the same. Is there any suggested solution to this problem?

The error appears to be fairly self-explanatory, but perhaps you should specify if you're running one of the demo models, or if it is something you made - which block does the error point to, and how you are unable to fix the symptom that the message points to.

It was an DTFM modulation model and the Tx block consist of Bernoulli Binary as source, Modulator placeholder, Raise Cosine Filter, Resample, Frequency offset(0),is data was transmitted directly from source and transmission out put after offset. Rx (De-Modulator placeholder was used). First I received that signal miss match error. Now to cal BER is telling me Tx and Rx length.

Make sure that the two inputs to the BER block have the same length.
