Plotting Anomalous points in the re-sampling and the Kolmogorov Smirnov test?

Hello , I have used the code in this link: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/39593-anomaly-detection in comparison to my own approach -and it worked perfectly- how ever I want to plot the anomalous points as points like the attached image in the zip file , when I use plot(scores)in all variations, they are represented as lines.Can anyone suggest a way? Thank you.
