I need a code to compute the compliance of finite elements in MATLAB

I have x and y displacements acting on each node of the finite elements of a structural member in MATLAB. Please, how can I compute the compliance of the structural member? I need a code that I can use to generate the compliance of the finite elements, given the x and y displacements on each of the node of its finite elements. Thank you.
