How to Play Video in Axes?

Hey Everyone ! A part of my project requires videos to be played in it.I have googled different methods to complete this task,but these methods don't work quickly and moreover they somehow stop MATLAB to work.Alternatively ,I tried to import windows media player in MATLAB but result was not according to expectations. I hope I'm gonna get my problem solved from here :)

What kind of videos? External videos or a sequential plot of data?
