hello all, i have calculated all the residues of a protein for phi and psi angles.. but the issue is i obtain only the plus(+) values none of minus (-) values. with these can i draw a graph for phi and psi angle for each and every residue..?

Could you make a bit more clear what your exact question is and what your purpose is?

Is the problem in getting ONLY the plus values and NOT the minus values? OR: is the problem in plotting the phi and psi angles for each residue? What are you exactly trying to plot? A Ramachandran plot for a protein?
