uigetfile Dialog Title does not appear on the screen

I ran in the similar problem as everybody else see the reference 01573596.

However, contrarily to the answer provided on the site. I do not believe that this has to do with the OS.

Namely, the title is perfectly correct when opening a figure or a dialog box.

This is clearly a bug that was introduced in the newer version of Matlab and which need to be fixed!

Moreover, version 2016b is clearly slower than the 2012b! What a surprising progress

It is somewhat surprising to see this reply. In fact, when examining the code that is behind the opening of the window. Typically one would expect that the dialog title is managed in the same way for the different windows, which is clearly not the case. Altogether, this shows that there is room for improvement.

What is "reference 01573596"? What is your question?

The documentation page on uigetfile includes a note that says that some Operating systems do not show the title bar. Also, the open dialog box does not display title on Mac OS.
