When downloading MATLAB R2016b this appears "The following error was detected while downloading 3p/icu_maci64_1469210360.enc:" how can i download MATLAB?

My mac has the sierraOS version and whenever i try to download matlab the error appears. How can i solve this problem ?

Hi Vanessa,
Download the installer again as your installation files may be corrupted.
It seems like the installer is unable to connect to MathWorks servers. Please make sure your internet connection is available and that all software and hardware firewalls have been disabled before retrying your request.

What worked for me was ensuring that the Mathworks folder inside Downloads was writable:
chown $USER:staff /Users/$USER/Downloads/MathWorks

First copy installer file matlab_R2017b_win64.exe to a usb pendrive and do the installation from that.

Run "setup.exe" as an administrator.
