Is A Custom Signal That is Non-time Dependent Possible In Simulink ?

Hi, I am trying to create a signal for a simulink model, however I need a signal that is like the one shown below. As you can see it is similar to a rectangular wave, I thought I could create it using the signal generator block, except that is purely time dependent. The y-axis values are constant, whereas the x-axis values are computed using integrators, etc.
Is this possible? Thank you.

Perhaps it would be appropriate to use a lookup table based upon x ?
