How to solve an ODE which includes a time varying parameter like temperature.

Hi, I want to solve an ODE related to heat exchanger. It's result gives the wall temperature. But the equation has hot inlet temperature term which is not constant but time dependent. Next I would like to use this wall temperature solution to find the exit temperatures of hot and cold streams. Your help is much appreciated.
