How do I deal with ground truth provided as contours text file ?

Hi, I should evaluate my Left ventricle MRI segmentation results according to a set of ground truth segmentation which are provided as contours coordinates in text files (an example of file is attached). How can i use them to see the ground truth segmentation in an image ?
