How to select which feature is considered for segmentation of brain tumor using SVM

I am working with brain tumor segmentation using svm classifier. I extracted GLCM features using one of the functions, 'GLCM_Features1' that I downloaded from the mathworks site. Can anybody help me to select relevant features from this set of GLCM features for training SVM classifier to classify brain MRI image as tumor or healthy one.
