How to import M file to S function

Hi all, I am currently trying to import a written M file to a S function block. While i tried to import, there seems to be some errors. I could not be able import the file directly, is there something i need to do like having to rewrite the program in M file?

And one more thing, i am using the level 2 S function, do i need a TLC in order to do it? Thanks alot for the help.
