what does this mean as an expression of regexp function <Node>(.*?)</Node> ?

NODE = struct('Info',regexp(FILE,'<Node>(.*?)</Node>','match'));
NODE(b).ID = regexp(NODE(b).Info,'(?<=<NodeID>)(.*?)(?=</NodeID>)','match');

FILE is missing here and I'm trying to build it.
