intersection

Dear all,

I working on a project which is a visualization of crystallographic structure of materials.

In this project I need to find a way to find the intersection between plot3 and spheres.

I want to have plot3 and if it has a intersection with a defined spheres, the program also draw the spheres otherwise I don`t want the spheres to be shown.

the surface area of plot3 is also included, I mean that if the spheres are between the lines of the plot3, I want them to be shown also.

I really appreciate all your helps, because I`m really stuck in this step.
