Matlab for home use vs business use

I currently have a home licence for Matlab R16.0B. If I wanted to purchance a licence for buisness purposes (working from home) what would the cost be and would the cost of the buisness licence be reduced by the cost of the home lincence?

A question about cost is meaningless without knowing which country / currency it is for.
