NMR FID reconstruction with IFFT

Hi to everyone! I am trying to reconstruct the FID from the processed 1D NMR spectrum! However I get what you see in the figure: Why do I get this symmetry??? I simply do ifft to the real and imaginary data! I hope someone to reply! Thank you in advance
