How to create FFT from CSV file?

Hello, I have a large csv file containing lots of data. In the x-axis, time (0 to 30ns) and in the y-axis, current values. I want to create a frequency spectrum of my data (specifically: current). I can plot the signal. But couldn't succeed to create the FFT. My frequency spectrum should be from 0 to 10GHz. Can Anyone help me with that?
