Distorted image in Matlab

Hi everyone. When I captured the image to calculate the colour pixels, the images are distorted lead to wrong results. Could you guys please let me know is there any solution for this?

Hi David, this is hemisphere and I want to get it exactly hemisphere not only Matlab axis.
