How can to digitalis an input voltage with sampling.

Hi All,

I am currently tasked with a project that requires us to design, build and test a digital stethoscope. We are required to take the input sound from a simple microphone circuit and to put it through Matlab and present the processed signal.

I am struggle to design the code that will be able to sample the input sound under the Nyquist theorem as well as displaying the result on a GUI.

Any help would be much appreciated.
