I have to find the value of stress at each node after meshing of geometry in 3 nodal or 4 nodal element but i am facing the problem is how can i know element connectivity information after geometry meshing

But the problem is how can i know element connectivity information after meshing. is their any chance to extract nodal information after meshing of an geometry by using software like ANSYS. Please help me to resolve it.
