non-homogenous differential equation

Hi
I was wondering how I use ode23 or ode45, to solve a non-homogenous diff. equation. Using the conventional method of solving ODEs, for some reason MATLAB would go into busy mode and never give me a plot.
the equation is xdotdot+k*x=F
