ROS Indigo Virtual Machine Download

Hello,

I am trying to download the virtual machine with ROS Indigo and Gazebo for the Robotics System Toolbox. The instructions for this are listed here:

However, while the Windows and Linux links work, the link for the MAC OS-X VM appears to be broken:

When trying to download, I receive the error message:

"An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #172.15ef6368.1491893426.2777379 "

Could you please let me know if an alternative link is available, or whether this can be fixed on your side?

It still does not work for me.. If I left-click on the file I get the error message above, if I right-click->save as the downloaded file is a 1-KB file containing the same text as the error message above. I've tried from multiple computers and OS'es/browsers, so it does not seem to be a problem specific to my computer.

Hi Anastasios,

The link worked for me, and seems to work for other users, so the issue must be somehow specific to your environment. A quick search of your message shows that some people have been able to resolve similar issues by either restarting their computer in Safe Mode, resetting their routers, or connecting to the internet via ethernet.

Give some of these a try, hopefully they are able to get your setup working.

It appears that the link doesn't work when you try to access it outside of the MathWorks network. I will refer this to the appropriate product team so they can fix the link as soon as possible.

Hi Anastasios,

sorry for the delay, but we had some web server infrastructure issues. Please try the download link again now; you should be able to download the whole virtual machine.
