Bought license for addon but it not appeared in license list

I've bought a license for database toolbox addon. Then trying to install and activate via Internet. But there was Matlab license only in the list of available licenses. No any valid database toolbox licenses. Several days passed, nothing appeared. No answer from Mathworks Support where I mailed to with the problem.

Where else should I look for my paid license?

Contact Sales Support for such questions/problems...there are e-mail and phone numbers at the main web site...nobody outside TMW can help, sorry.

While the recommendation to call MathWorks Sales or Installation Support is good, I am concerned about reading "No answer from Mathworks Support where I mailed to with the problem.". Did you receive an automated email back with a case number / reference ID? Otherwise it might just stuck in a spam filter. 1) I contacted local distibutor the 1st day the problem spots. Unfortunately, the only distributor in my country (Russia) works with entities only. 2) Thanks for idea. I checked my spam folder once more but there's no mail from mathworks. For an instance I got mail notification for your answer. And I got successfully another MathWorks notifications before.
