What is the difference between Scope and Floating Scope ?

First off, they do the same thing.
In a Scope block, you have to physically connect Simulink signals to display them in a block.
In a Floating Scope block, you do not have to physically connect signals, but can set up which signals to display in a separate Signal and Scope Manager interface.
