How to calculate Vx, Vy through Heading velocity and Angular Velocity?

If I have a set of Heading velocity [sqrt(vx^2+vy^2)] and the angular velocity, how do I calculate into Vx and Vy separately. Is it involve with the Euler theory? This calculation is just involve with 2 axises only. Does it require the heading angle?
